I'm warning you now, if it's night time and your just reading this (which you shouldn't be doing, you need your 7-9 hours of sleep, you know this) you will not be able to sleep. I'm really advising you to only listen to this if you're about to enter beast mode and need some energy. Like, lets say you're walking your dog in a few minutes, DO NOT TOUCH THE PLAY BUTTON.
